Terms of Service & Licensing
Institutional license agreement for schools, educators, and curriculum partners.
1. Institutional Subscription & Scope
By accessing or utilizing Inkcraft Studio or any software tools supplied by Inkcraft Education Pty Ltd ("Inkcraft"), your school, educational institution, or individual user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Inkcraft grants subscribing Australian schools a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Inkcraft Studio for educational assessment, diagnostic testing, and curriculum analytics.
2. Intellectual Property & Curriculum Attribution
All software interfaces, branding, proprietary WebAssembly client engines, vector icons, and diagnostic algorithms are the exclusive property of Inkcraft Education Pty Ltd.
Victorian Curriculum 2.0 Attribution: Content mapping references standard descriptors published under the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA). Inkcraft software aligns with VCAA standards to support Victorian educators.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users and subscribing schools agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary client-side diagnostic algorithms.
- Sublicense, resell, or distribute assessment content to non-subscribing external commercial entities.
- Upload malicious code, automated bots, or data scrapers to the platform.
4. Service Availability & Local-First SLA
Because Inkcraft Studio utilizes a local-first engine, core student practice and test administration remain functional even during temporary local school internet outages. Central synchronization endpoints maintain a target uptime SLA of 99.9%.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
